There is no set timer for mindfulness training, meditation, yoga, and spirituality as it varies from person to person. Some people may find it helpful to start with short sessions, such as 5-10 minutes, and gradually increase the duration as they become more comfortable. Others may prefer longer sessions right from the start. It's important to listen to your body and mind and find a timing that works best for you. The key is to be consistent and make it a regular practice in your daily routine. **

The Kieffer Junior saddles Derby Master are jumping saddles. They are designed specifically for the discipline of show jumping, with features that cater to the needs of both the rider and the horse when navigating jumps and courses. These saddles are not intended for dressage or all-purpose riding, but rather for the specific demands of jumping competitions. **

Saddles with a leather tree have a rigid structure made of wood or fiberglass that provides support and stability to the rider. This type of saddle is more traditional and is often used in disciplines such as dressage and jumping. On the other hand, treeless saddles do not have a rigid structure and instead rely on padding and a flexible base to provide support. Treeless saddles are often used for trail riding and endurance riding, as they allow for more freedom of movement for the horse and can provide a closer contact feel for the rider. **

Good jumping saddles are typically close-contact or forward-seat saddles that allow the rider to have a close and secure position over jumps. They should have a forward flap to accommodate the rider's shorter stirrup length for jumping. Look for saddles with knee and thigh blocks to provide additional support and stability over fences. It's also important to consider the fit of the saddle for both the rider and the horse to ensure comfort and proper balance while jumping. Popular brands for jumping saddles include Butet, CWD, and Antares. **

I own two saddles - one English saddle and one Western saddle. The English saddle is used for jumping and dressage, while the Western saddle is used for trail riding and Western disciplines like barrel racing and pleasure riding. Each saddle serves a different purpose and provides a different riding experience, allowing me to enjoy a variety of equestrian activities. **

Yes, you can buy pony saddles. There are many equestrian stores and online retailers that sell saddles specifically designed for ponies. These saddles are smaller in size and are designed to fit the unique proportions of ponies.
