There is no set timer for mindfulness training, meditation, yoga, and spirituality as it varies from person to person. Some people may find it helpful to start with short sessions, such as 5-10 minutes, and gradually increase the duration as they become more comfortable. Others may prefer longer sessions right from the start. It's important to listen to your body and mind and find a timing that works best for you. The key is to be consistent and make it a regular practice in your daily routine. **

In meditation and astral travel, the focus is on deep relaxation and altered states of consciousness. By removing external distractions such as noise and physical sensations, practitioners can better connect with their inner selves and explore different realms of consciousness. The absence of air in these practices is not literal, but rather a metaphorical representation of the detachment from the physical world and the emphasis on inner exploration and spiritual connection. This allows individuals to transcend the limitations of the physical body and experience a sense of freedom and expansion beyond the constraints of the material world. **

During meditation and astral travel, practitioners often focus on deep breathing and relaxation, which can lead to a sensation of not breathing or having no air. This feeling is a result of the body and mind entering a deeply relaxed state, where breathing becomes slower and more subtle. It is not that there is no air present, but rather that the focus on breath and relaxation can create a sensation of not needing to breathe or being disconnected from the physical body. This experience is often described as a feeling of weightlessness or being untethered from the physical world. **

It is important to approach such experiences with an open mind and to consider the individual nature of spiritual and meditative practices. **
