There is no set timer for mindfulness training, meditation, yoga, and spirituality as it varies from person to person. Some people may find it helpful to start with short sessions, such as 5-10 minutes, and gradually increase the duration as they become more comfortable. Others may prefer longer sessions right from the start. It's important to listen to your body and mind and find a timing that works best for you. The key is to be consistent and make it a regular practice in your daily routine. **

The mindfuck in Inception is the concept of entering and manipulating dreams within dreams, creating multiple layers of reality that can be difficult to distinguish from each other. The film blurs the lines between what is real and what is a dream, leading the audience to question the nature of reality and the characters' perceptions. The mindfuck is further intensified by the use of time dilation within the dream world, where time moves at different speeds in each layer, adding to the complexity and confusion of the narrative. **

The concept of entering and manipulating dreams, as depicted in the movie Inception, is currently not possible with our current understanding of science and technology. While there are ongoing studies and research on dreams and the brain, the level of control and complexity portrayed in the movie is purely fictional. However, advancements in neuroscience and virtual reality technology may lead to new possibilities in the future, but for now, the idea of something like Inception remains in the realm of science fiction. **
