Others may prefer longer sessions right from the start. It's important to listen to your body and mind and find a timing that works best for you. The key is to be consistent and make it a regular practice in your daily routine. **

The hand may tremble during successful meditation due to the release of built-up tension and stress in the body. As the mind and body relax and let go of tension, it is common for physical sensations such as trembling to occur. This trembling can be a sign of the body's natural response to the deep relaxation and release of stress during meditation.
